You’ll now notice:

- 🔍 Lumi reads and processes emails at lightning speed
- 📝 Drafting and thread retrieval is snappier than ever
In short: your experience with Lumi is now smoother, quicker, and more delightful than ever before.
👀 Lumi Can Now See (Yes, Really)
One of the top requests: Can Lumi view attachments and understand visual content?
Now she can. 🎉 Lumi is now multimodal — meaning she can:
- Read PDFs, Word docs, and other attached files
- View images sent by your customers (like return photos, complaints, receipts, and more)
- Understand visual context in support threads
This opens up a whole new level of smart email automation.
🧰 Additional Fixes & Improvements
- ✅ Inline images in Cases now render properly
- 📎 Incoming email attachments are now clearly listed
- 📂 Attachments can be downloaded and viewed with ease
- 🤖 Lumi can be directly asked to read/view attachments in context
