Just tag relevant email threads, and Lumi will extract key insights and turn them into reference documents — automatically.

Last week’s Cases launch brought incredible feedback (thank you!). One of the top requests: bulk management.
We heard you — and now you can update the status of multiple cases in one go. Whether you're closing resolved threads or moving cases into review, it’s faster and easier than ever.

Triage just got better. You can now filter your Cases by labels that Lumi assigns — letting you focus on what matters most first.
