We’re rolling out team invites in closed beta!
Now you can invite team members to your Lumail workspace and work together on cases in real time. Perfect for growing support teams who want to stay aligned and efficient.

🧠 Smarter Message Classification
With Cases now live, it’s more important than ever that Lumi knows when to open a case — and when to back off.
We’ve completely overhauled our message classification pipeline to ensure:
- Fewer unnecessary cases
- More auto-closed noise
- Better use of your custom prompts
In short, less clutter in your inbox, more time back in your day.
